Almond
It is one of the Middle East and south Asia species fruits. Almond originally comes from genus Prunus. In terms of nutrition, almonds are very rich as they contain diffrent vitamins and minerals. Almonds grow in different parts of Afghanistan. Almond mainly growth in Samangan, Kunduz, Balkh, Ghazni,… Regions in Afghanistan. But Major Quantity of Almond produces in Daykundi.
