Pistachio

Afghanistan is proud to have the highest quality pistachios in the world. According to the numerous researches, Afghan pistachio is considered to be the best and most delicious pistachio in the world in terms of quality as it is 100% organic, natural and free of any toxic substances. In the mountains of northern Afghanistan there are big forests of pistachio trees. Badghis and samangan pistachio is pure and popular in quantity, taking the first place among all other provinces in this area. Badghis is one of the mountainous provinces of Afghanistan. With abundant forests and suitable climate, this province produces most of the pistachios shares in Afghanistan.

Afghan pistachios are used in two ways:

1. open mouth Pistachio

2. Pistachio kernel

which is obtained from closed mouth pistachios.

2.a) Ripe pistachio kernels (have a deep red color)

2.b) raw pistachio kernels

The raw Kernel is taken from raw pistachio, which is why it is green. This type of pistachio kernel is usually produced between July and August. and can be graded depending on the percentage of raw color.
